and does not mean that we have accepted your order.

Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date below).
Products ordered on this website will not be dispatched until payment has been received by us in full.
If you order by post products will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared with our bank.
We cannot accept returns of custom made products.
If a product supplied by us is faulty you must notify us within 3 days of delivery - we will arrange for
a replacement to be delivered and collection of the faulty product.
If you are sent the wrong product you must notify us within 5 days of delivery - we will arrange for
the correct product to be delivered and collection of the wrongly supplied product.
Spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers etc on products are at your own risk, we email designs to you to check before production and we cannot be held responsible for mistakes after production.
